Library Description

The library carries two functions for poles control.

Key functions:

void hallswitch_setNpole(uint8_t state) - Set the state of N pole

void hallswitch_setSpole(uint8_t state) - Set the state of S pole

Examples Description

The application is composed of three sections:

  • System Initialization - Initializes CS pin and INT pin as OUTPUT.
  • Application Initialization -  Initializes Driver init and turn OFF S pole and N pole.
  • Application Task - (code snippet) - Turns S and N on and off every 500 ms.
void applicationTask()
{
 hallswitch_setNpole(_HALLSWITCH_POLE_ACTIVE);
 Delay_ms( 500 );

 hallswitch_setSpole(_HALLSWITCH_POLE_ACTIVE);
 Delay_ms( 500 );

 hallswitch_setNpole(_HALLSWITCH_POLE_NO_ACTIVE);
 Delay_ms( 500 );

 hallswitch_setSpole(_HALLSWITCH_POLE_NO_ACTIVE);
 Delay_ms( 500 );
}

Additional notes and information

Depending on the development board you are using, you may need USB UART click,  USB UART 2 click or RS232 click to connect to your PC, for development systems with no UART to USB interface available on the board. The terminal available in all MikroElektronika compilers, or any other terminal application of your choice, can be used to read the message.

Solar Energy 2 click

0

Solar Energy 2 Click is a compact add-on board that can recharge a battery by harvesting the solar power of the Sun or by other means. This board features the EM8500, a power management controller with an energy harvesting interface from EM Microelectronic. The controller is specifically designed for efficient harvesting over various DC sources such as photovoltaic (solar) or thermal electric generators (TEG). It can recharge the connected LiPo battery or supercapacitor (or even a conventional capacitor). In addition, the EM8500 can use the same battery as a power source for powering the connected system.

Mikromedia+ for STM32 ARM - RF Communication Example

5

This is demonstration project how Mikromedia+ for STM communicate over RF. Data is send over simple 'led protocol' (1 byte command). Development board for STM32 with an add-on board nRF Click is used as a receiver device.

Stretch click

10

Stretch click is a mikroBUS add-on board with circuitry for measuring stretch forces with conductive rubber cords. The click has screw terminals for connecting 2mm-diameter and 1m-long conductive rubber cord. The resistance of the chord increases when stretched, impacting the voltage available on the AN pin.
