RTCC library for the PIC32 family, including routines to convert time and/or date to strings, leapyear function, DST (daylight saving time) functions.


2015-05-01: Disabled interrupts and DMA during time critical sequences (enable/disable RTCC writing).


2015-05-15: Added some checks for BCD format compliance and min/max checks for date and time values. No actual functionality change.
